Briana + Chad’s NYC Wedding | October 17, 2015

First and foremost, I love these two. I not only got to photograph their engagement session and wedding but I have the honor of calling them friends. Chad and my boyfriend have been friends for many many years and I met them about four years ago. They are both just naturally happy and positive people that you just want to be around.

They chose to have their wedding at the Fire Museum in NYC as Chad has been a firefighter for a little over a year now and it was the perfect choice. We started our day out at the Marriott New York Downtown though. It was super close to the water and a wonderful prep location. It was also just a quick vintage cab ride away from our first look location and another quick vintage cab ride (I can’t say that enough because it was just so fun to ride around in) away from the New York Fire Museum and then from there just a walk for the guests but another cab ride for us to the reception at One if by Land Two if By Sea. I could write paragraphs and paragraphs about this particular wedding but I’m going to stop and let the photos speak for themselves.

  1. I can’t get over the locations! Locations around New York for wedding portraits are so important to truly get the feel of the wedding and you killed it. The New York Fire Museum is stunning! And your first look photos have all the feels. One if by Land, Two if by Sea looks like an incredible wedding venue and I’m obsessed with the detail shots. You got an amazing lineup of wedding photos here! Great job.

  2. Its always wonderful when you have a connection with the bride and groom. This NYC wedding is stunning. The couple is beautful and you capture their spirit and emotion beautifully.

  3. The happiness on the bride and groom’s faces is totally contagious and you captured it so well! Awesome images at the NYC Fire Museum! Well done wedding in NYC!
